In this episode, Mint Miller, a single mom of two girls, shares where she is at in her journey out of her corporate job that makes her unhappy and that is a major anxiety trigger for her, and into taking the action towards forging a more fulfilling path that aligns with her purpose, and what she really wants to do in life. Childhood trauma healing work and questions posed by her daughter have made Mint re-evaluate her life and what she’s going. She has recognized the importance of setting boundaries and has learned to retrain her nervous system so she can respond rather than react to triggers that stem from her childhood from not feeling seen and heard and always having to be good and perfect.

2. Know what your non-negotiables are.

3. Ask yourself why you would continue to choose the same bullshit.

5. Stop doubting your gifts and don’t ignore your intuition. Listen and lean in. Hone your gifts and see where they take you!

6. Pay attention to the tests the Universe puts in front of you. Take the leap! Just do it…for your own self-worth, for your own happiness, do it for yourself….it’s worth something.

7. Let the friends go who are just surface level and aren’t real

8. Go with the flow of the seasons of your life

9. Focus on the living and enjoying the moment

10. Pay attention to how you are feeling in your body. It’s speaking to us.

11. Having a sense of community is a bigger deal than you think. Surrounding yourself with people who want the same things as you is powerful.
