Ever been on a diet? Aren't they just the best? Ever get tired of "dieting"? Is your plan working? Is it a priority to you? In this episode I go through a few things I've seen, experienced, and what has worked for me and my body type along with a few stories of diet fail along the way.

"Goals don't accidentally happen on their own."

Paleo Brownie Recipe:
1 cu creamy almond butter
1/2 cu coconut sugar
1/3 cu pure maple syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
dash of mint extract
3 eggs
1/3 cu unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
handful of dark chocolate chips (or a bar of chopped/sliced ghirardelli chocolate bar)
handful of sliced almonds
mix-mix-mix
preheat oven to 350 degrees, grease a 13in glass pan/brownie pan
place in the oven for 25-28min, check for done-ness with a knife or toothpick
allow to cool for no less than 60 seconds (many prefer 10-15min)
slice with a knife, and enjoy with an espresso
