In my conversation today, I shared an excerpt from my book Positioned for Purpose: The Journey. The chapter is titled: Breaking Free.
Thoughts of self-doubt and feelings of inadequacy can all cause us to doubt who we are, affecting how we live out our life's purpose.
Understanding the root cause of the thoughts is the first step in knowing how to pray or share with others so we can receive the help we need.
