Why I abused steroids, and what I learnt from the experience. We talk about how it triggered my major depression, the abuse sent me into a huge energy lull complete with brain fog and many other health problems (including impotence). I also speak about the steps I took to recover from the health problems and my ill mentality at the time. It’s my hope that others don’t have to go through this like I did.
