Thinkology is your advantage. If I asked you "What would be most helpful to you right now in making the change you seek?" what would your response be? One of the number one responses to this question, when it's posed at the end of the Hacking Happiness Assessment, is "the time to think, the time to reflect." Creating the space to be alone with one's thoughts in a way that is constructive rather than destructive in the current environment provides the basis for us to step forward with intention and greater clarity. That's why in this week's podcast I'm sharing a couple of really simple practices like Thinkology to help you kick start creating the space to think and reflect on the things that matter to you.
