Ben Greenfield is a leader in health and wellness, and is the author of 13 books with a new one on parenting, out soon. He is a highly sought after podcast guest as well as a pioneer in podcasting, having his own show since about the first 20 shows on iTunes, having to code each individual episode. He is a renaissance man, a total human optimizer, and an absolute beast at 40 years old. To start our day we had a killer workout session at Onnit and it’s the first time I needed a trash can, in case I was going to throw up. Ben is a wealth of knowledge, incredibly interesting, and you will surely learn quite a lot to optimize your health, your sleep, and your family, as I did in this episode. I’m a fan of Ben’s work, his life, and who he is as a person. I’m honored to introduce you to Ben if you haven’t heard of him, and if you have, I believe you will find something valuable to your life. We had some fun at the end, and wrapped it up with an Animal Psychology quiz I gave Ben to find his spirit animal backed by Carl Jung’s work.
