Meet my new friend and she-ro, Wendy Cole. Since her early years, Wendy possessed the awareness of her true identity as a woman. Yet, she chose to conform to the societal and familial norms imposed upon her. However, at an age when many contemplate retirement, Wendy embarked on a remarkable journey of self-discovery and transformation at the ripe age of 67, turning the page to a wholly new and courageous chapter in her life.
Beginning in 2015 she focused internally: accepting who she really was, confronting fears, doubts, and anxieties that held her back for decades. She took the leap of faith to find freedom and joy in being herself. By 2015 Wendy was living as a woman and she had her long-awaited surgery in 2017
As a Transition Mentor, Wendy helps her clients face significant life changes. She practices mindfulness, shifting her beliefs and energy to support herself going forward, making profound changes in her life, health, and finding joy in being.
