Welcome back to another episode!
This is probably the most nervous I’ve EVER been about publishing a podcast episode. In today’s episode, I unpack with one of my best friends Monica Yates, the ways that we were being SHEEP & not LEADERS as this movement began. We talk about how the media mind controls us (especially as millennials getting all of our news & info from Instagram). We’ll encourage you to zoom out and start to QUESTION the main narrative, peeling back the layers & seeing what all is at play, and really learning to have DISCERNMENT for what the truth is in your body.
And of course, we talk about the importance of VOTING & actually being educated around the election - we won’t tell you who to vote for & we don’t try to tell you what’s right/wrong - this is about finding YOUR truth and stepping up as a leader in a time where we need them most.
