This week we were lucky enough to have Karen Stein, author of the award winning "Be Your Own Leadership Coach" join us for an Old Bull health podcast.
Karen brings years of both formal training and experience in senior roles at Deloitte, to practical guide on how to be your own leadership coach. From identifying your strengths, values through to prupose and food for thought about what you maybe should be doing with your life and your impact on others.
As we age I think many start to think about what's next, how we can give back or that final gig. This is a great resource to start not only thinking about, but also setting some direction. Thank you Karen for joining us.
