He has owned airplanes ranging from a C-150 to a Piper Apache and is currently the proud owner of his 10th aeroplane, a Thorp T-18 (no, he didn't build it). Phil is an active flight instructor based at Starks Twin Oaks Airpark, 7S3, Hillsboro OR. He was the FAASTeam Rep of the Year for the Portland, OR FSDO in 2020 and 2021.
