Hello there, We're delighted to share that season 2 of the Mindarma podcast will commence next week.

This year Dr Sadhbh Joyce will host the Mindarma podcast as our good friend - veteran journalist Dean Yates is working on finishing his memoir - which we are very much looking forward to reading. Listen in, as a selection of inspiring guests share their own stories of resilience and offer up their personal strategies for nourishing mental wellbeing. First up, is one of the world's most successful track cyclists, 4-time Olympic medalist and 11-time world champion, Anna Meares.
