I know I have been absent from the podcast for awhile now, and the truth is I have been stripping back the layers of Mind Your Hero in order to rebuild this company from a set of strong foundations, that have been the result of all the experience I have gained from the years I have been doing business in the online space. This really is the epitome of me being a 3/5 Generator!

One of the things that I ‘burnt down’ was my original Instagram account that had close to 6000 followers, and started from a clean slate.

In this episode I take you through what that process looked like and why it was the best decision I have made.

I also talk about how I had to overcome ego and the deep identity shifts that have been an important part of ensuring my new account thrives.

• Find the Podcast: Open the Google Podcasts app and search for the podcast.

• Select the Podcast: Tap on the podcast to open its page.

• Scroll Down: Scroll down to find the section for ratings and reviews.

• Write a Review: Look for an option to write a review and provide a rating for the podcast.

  Other Platforms

For other platforms like Stitcher, Podbean, or Overcast, the process is usually similar:

• Search for the podcast.

• Find the section for reviews or ratings.

• Leave a review by providing a rating and writing your thoughts.
