Remind yourself of your strengths, skills, and talents, and use them to your advantage. 2. 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙞𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙧 𝙘𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙘: Pay attention to your self-talk and challenge negative thoughts. Replace negative self-talk with positive affirmations. For example, instead of saying "I can't do this," say "I'm capable of handling this." 3. 𝙏𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛: Self-care is essential for building confidence. Make time for activities that make you feel good, such as exercise, meditation, or spending time with friends and family. 4. 𝙎𝙪𝙧𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙥𝙚𝙤𝙥𝙡𝙚: Spend time with people who uplift and support you. Avoid those who bring you down or make you feel inferior. 5.
