22. Change your thoughts, change your world

Most of us are taught from a young age that if we want to change a habit or make something happen in our lives, we have to focus on taking action. And yes our actions are important but these actions don't just come from nowhere! The actions we currently take, whether they are good or bad, wanted or unwanted, don't just happen for no reason! They all come from something inside of us, our thoughts and emotions. So if you're ready to start making meaningful change you need to stop focusing only on the actions and see these three as a trio that need to work together.
