1 Timothy 1 Vs 3-4 The primary purpose of every pastor is to faithfully teach the truth of God’s word without fear or favor. Vs 5 The brand mark of the believer is love; following Jesus means loving like Jesus loves. Vs 6-7 Rejecting Biblical truth makes you mentally foolish and spiritually fruitless. Vs 8-11 God’s law diagnoses our problem; everyone has sinned and is separated from God. The gospel provides our solution; Christ paid the penalty for our sin so we can have a relationship with God. Vs 12-14 Jesus not only saves us from sin and death; He calls us to work with Him as He saves others.
