Tanya Stroh is an award-winning creative entrepreneur, a TEDx Speaker, and the founder and creative director of Turipamwe Design Studio. Some of her awards include The Economist Young Namibian Business Woman of the Year, and Female Role Model of the Year in Tech at the Southern Africa Startup Awards. These days, she describes herself as a creative dreamer, thinker, maker, and doer.

A few years after graduating from design school and feeling dissatisfied in her employment as a graphic designer, Tanya happened upon my info flyer for The Artist’s Way Workshop in a local bookstore. Curious and longing for something different, she enrolled. And in our conversation today, Tanya shares what she calls her life-changing magical transformational experience.

She also shares how a traumatic experience in her childhood affects her today and how she is healing from the limitations it tries to impose on her.
