This week we are talking with Cole Crosby, a fantastic ultra runner! In this episode, he shares tales from taking on the Speed Project, an underground race where runners take any route from Los Angeles to Las Vegas. Cole decided to add on significant amount of miles by taking the original route. Through this, he discovered a whole new level of himself as he had a near perfect race! The Speed Project is one of those quirky and awesome events that I think make Ultrarunning such a unique and awesome sport!
