Again I listened to a Twitter space on hiring and how there is a hiring freeze in the software development industry. Is it worth to learn how to code in 2023? I don't know.
Teaching yourself to code in 2023 is a twitter space hosted by @MelkeyDev on January 1, 2023 6pm CST Since Twitter spaces are temporary stored, I managed to get a recording of most of it for preservation purposes.
At long last, this is the end of this aweful year, the worst of my life. My wife is dead of colon cancer. Two uncles died of covid. I lost two jobs and quit the last one. I have no savings. I have no motivation to do anything anymore.
I got praised on a meeting, I just hope that I get a pay raise too.
