How Beliefs Mold Your Perspective and Define Your Path (Ep. 38)

If you believe the road to what you want in life is paved with difficulty and full of challenges and obstacles, there's a strong probability that's exactly whats going to happen. I'm not saying believing the opposite will remove any and all obstacles in your pursuit but it will change your perspective on how to move forward.

For those who know of Ember's birth story, it was extremely difficult for us and on her. Luckily, she made it through that part and is doing beautifully now. The birth process of our son Elijah had a lot of uncertainty as well which we will unpack when Lauren is back on the show in the next week or two. We went into his birth process with a different belief structure which is what I want to talk about in today's episode.

In today's episode, I want to talk about how your beliefs shape your perception of reality, the idea of projection, why writing down your beliefs is critical, and more.
