What happens to our unhappiness and how do we seek peace and harmony when that is what is lacking in our lives?

When our unhappiness fills the atmosphere around us so those who come into contact with us are affected by our unhappiness can result in us seeking unusual and sometimes extreme experiences to change things. In this episode Kay reflects on the lengths she was prepared to go to and shares her experiences with candour and honesty.
