Kevin starts off the episode by wishing everyone a happy and healthy 2021! He talks about his Christmas, and what Santa brought for him and his daughter.
Kevin then discusses friendships and particularly how the male sex has been programmed to not speak about emotions or feelings. It is because of this, that males have a hard time communicating with someone on how they are feeling.
Let's work to reverse this stigma and negative connotation of struggle in our society.
