Sadye is a prior elementary school teacher and coach. After earning her master’s degree in Education Policy and Management from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, Sadye transitioned to a position at the state Department of Education, where she leads program evaluations for a portfolio of educator preparation providers. She is passionate about ensuring that all students (especially those that the system has consistently underserved) have access to excellent educators. Sadye lives in Massachusetts with her husband Ben and dog Milo. She spends her free time taking photographs, reading mystery novels, watching embarrassingly low quality reality TV, and dreaming of past travels (some favorites include Thailand, Iceland, and Italy).
