Ericka is a Global Diversity, Inclusion & Equity Leader and she is on a mission to ensure all feel welcomed, valued & heard. She believes this takes courage & can also be done with compassion. How can we be more consciously inclusive and call each other in to live up to our higher selves? Reading White Fragility & How to Be an Anti-Racist are good steps and tools. Ericka reminds us to not get caught up in the intellect of it all and miss the point. She calls us to put ourselves in situations for change to to make our own lives a work of activism.
