I’ve been feeling an incredible amount of gratitude lately for the life I’ve created and the one I now get to live every single day. I want to pull back the curtain and let you into what’s been moving me lately.

I’ll be giving you some updates from our epic Breathe With Cannabis retreat in the Catskills, reflecting on my core mission with everything I do, which is to be a connector and build true community, and riffing on the many thirst traps of life. You know, the endless entertainment show the world throws at us, and why it’s so easy to get pulled in…but also why it’s absolutely essential to keep working on yourself, so that no matter what comes your way, you can meet it from a place of love.
