After decades of influence from diet culture, my client Erin was ready to address her challenges and emotional associations with food in a healthy way.

On today’s episode, married, mom of 2, marketing professional, Erin R. shares how she embraced being uncomfortable and setting big goals in order to move herself forward with “The Work”. Erin embraced the shift in mindset that we teach inside Best Weight, to consciously and intentionally create her healthiest life.

Erin shares how she realized she was overeating and became aware of her emotional connections with food. She shares her favourite tools from Best Weight that helped in her journey. And she talks about successfully competing in a recent triathlon – while confidently wearing a brightly-coloured, stand-out-in-the-crowd tri-suit.
