Today I am interviewing Julie Kapsalis who is the Deputy Chief Executive of Chichester College Group.
Julie shared how she uses her network and those around her to make an impact and get key projects done, the power of her network. Although she galvanizes those in a project around a common goal, she is mindful of ensuring she picks those who are early adopters and maybe influencer's for the project. And also it is about being open and honest about the project and whether do all the goals align with each partner, ensuring that the focus is on the bigger size of the prize that will benefit all of those in the project. Julie underpins her leadership with compassion and understanding of her teams.
