Today I am interviewing Raj Gupta who is a HR leader of 25+ years, author of 6 books and a global speaker on HR leadership.
We discussed on how important culture is at this time, and building a culture of growth that stems from leadership being incredible self-aware. And being mindful of the diversity we now have due to global teams and virtually connecting around the world, ensuring we are aware of our unconscious bias.
