Today I am interviewing Wendy Born who is a engaging facilitator, coach, speaker and author.
We explored the whole area of creating great leaders, with an approach of using the principles of parenting in the workplace. This is not about having parent-child relationships at work, as these are not helpful but using aspects like role modeling - being aware that as a leader you are always on show and being observed for the alignment of what you say and what you do.
Wendy has written a book o this called 'Raising Leaders: Using the principles of parenting at work to become a great leader and create great leaders'. The book is available on Amazon.
