Hello, My name is Claudette Betty. I am the author of “Creating A
Wholesome Human Being”and “Healing from Personal
Traumas”. While working thirty years as a Registered Nurse and
Addiction Counselor on drug and mental health units, I became
aware of several patients experiencing traumas which were never
addressed with appropriate treatment. These patients sedated the
mental, physical, emotional and behavior consequences of these
traumas with drugs and alcohol. I decided to write my books to
share my twenty years of therapy recovering from several
personal traumas, grief and medical conditions. I also share my
knowledge of alcohol and drug addiction and the methods I used
to heal and change my mental and physical conditions and use of
new coping skills to deal with my emotions and behavior
consequences.
