She gets organizations to realize that their employees have a voice and know how to change and heal healthcare if they only listen. Meira Alper, RN, BSN is Trauma Informed Educator, Coach and Consultant, who is trained in the Somatic Experiencing method for the treatment of trauma. She leads trainings in Human Centered Leadership and Human Centered Organizational Design, in order support the health and well-being of our Healthcare workforce and decrease turnover.
