Getting Unstuck, 4/10/20, Ep 3: Addiction: God Works through People and Chihuahua's: I had the pleasure of speaking to Tom Eshenfelder, Commercial Fisherman. He shares his story of drug abuse, heart ache and life after rehab. Although Tom talks about his drug abuse, you can listen to this episode and replace his drug of choice with yours. It doesn't matter what the substance is, drugs, sugar, sex, gambling, food, negative thought patterns, video games, tv, if it affects your life, it's an addiction. I appreciate Tom's openness during this episode and I am extremely thankful he found recovery. If you are sick and suffering, there's help. There are currently online AA and NA meetings. AA.org and NA.org will provide links to online meetings.
