In episode 025, Chris sits down with “The Voice of Real Estate”, Ian O’Malley.

Many of you may know Ian from his near 30-year NYC career as an on-air rock radio personality, currently on Q104.3 FM. TV viewers, from his former tenure as a VH1 VJ, Co-host of Big Brother (CBS), or numerous acting appearances. Outside of public eye media work, his passion is real estate.

Working and loving living in Manhattan for 21 years, in 2010 he eventually made the move to beautiful Fairfield County. Ian’s and his wife instantly fell in love with the wonderful towns, sense of community, easy access to Manhattan, and what is widely considered the best public schools in the nation. During his down time as a resident of Westport Ian enjoys spending time with family, traveling, a wide range of charity work (former LLS National Man of the Year, board of directors Homes with Hope, etc), and happily playing terrible golf.

Ian is a full-time licensed Realtor in Connecticut working from Greenwich to New Haven, and also assists with agent referral for clients on the move in all 50 states. Whether working with a seller or buyer, he prides myself on continuing to assist in any way needed after the transaction is completed. Think of Ian as both an agent and concierge to make your move as seamless as possible.
