Carmelita Pittman's Corner: Constance Garrett - known affectionately as "Auntie," embodies a rich blend of talent, cultural heritage, and service. Educated at San Fernando Valley State College, she has excelled as a personal seamstress, restaurateur, and community counselor. From founding "The Positive Charge Juice Bar & Health Food Deli" in 1979 to "Perfect Pleasing Portions" in 2017, she has left her mark on the food and beverage industry. Additionally, as an ordained Minister, Auntie continues to uplift and support her community in various capacities.
