We all have them, self limiting beliefs that hold us back from making our dreams become our reality. Dive into this episode all about self limiting beliefs with Jules and Day.

Reflecting on our own journeys and self limiting beliefs, how the tories we tell ourselves about who we are, have held us back from reaching our full potential.

Facing the limiting beliefs head on, identifying them and changing them. Good news honeys they can be changed once you make your beliefs conscious, as generally they are running sub consciously..... so science says - you can change them. WOOOOO!!

Please know honeys this does not happen over night, yeah some things can literally change over night but you are re wiring your belief system that you potentially have been holding onto for years so give your self grace and have fun on the journey, apply the tips from this episode -see what works and what doesnt. But we trust these strategies will work if you commit to them.

Lets create new belief systems:

-Put it into practice

-Affirmations post it notes, lipstick on your mirror, notes section on your phone, journal them, vision board - -look for evidence of your new belief -acting as though you are worthy, loveable, abundant, healthy

-Adopt the habits of who you want to become

If you continue to keep telling yourself you are unloveable, unworthy, fat, ugly insert your beliefs here GUESS WHAT - you will continue to believe these. We think 6000 thoughts a day and your thoughts become your reality. So if you are thinking negatively about yourself most of the time you will continue to hold yourself back from being your biggest cheerleader, your dream life, your dream partner because you are consistently in a state of negative thought patterns. Let’s create new beliefs.
