Made this episode to help you reflect on 2021 and set goals for 2022. This is the quick and easy process I used for my yearly reflection and annual goal setting. Hopefully you can use it too - this episode breaks it down into a follow along template with me as an example.
I say hi quickly, then about 5 minutes in I start to talk about:
- Going over what happened in your life last/this year, then highs and lows.
- Reflecting on if you achieved your goals (if you didn't, why?)
- Checking in with your life goals, and 5 year goals
- Ultimately setting your 2022 goals and planning for the year
