Alex is a highly sensitive person that remembers feeling deeply sensitive as a child and in adolescence. He suffered trauma from a very abusive coach in high school, had a toxic relationship with a female, serious health issues from Epstein-Barr Virus, and self-medicated pain and high sensitivity with alcohol and drugs. At one point Alex was suicidal and almost went through with it, but he had a spiritual awakening that led to a New Path. This inspirational story has lots of actionable tips for recovery.
