About Yuri

10 years after the wedding I found myself 65 lbs overweight (most amazing dad bod ever). My clothes were snug and I felt awful. My energy was low, patience with kids was bad, and I just felt blah... I knew there was more potential in me.

After losing the weight without dieting, something magical happened. My energy increased, I showed up more powerfully for my family, my faith grew, and my professional career took off.

I believe how we look and feel has a meta effect on every other area of our life. Today I help and teach other busy parents how they can reclaim their life and become the best version of themselves through my 4A Formula.
