“What the f*ck is Sciatica?” - The Dimes discuss life updates - Daryl’s got a pinched nerve and shares how deadlifting helped alleviate the pressure - This leads the boys into a conversation about the importance of pacing yourself when weightlifting and the necessity of stretching before your workouts

“You know what, make it a $100 an hour” - The Dimes discuss the summer of strikes (SAG/AFTRA, Teamsters, & more) - They begin with the recent allegations that Paramount deliberately trimmed trees in front of it’s headquarters to remove the shade they provided striking workers - Daryl shares an interesting anecdote about tree removal and it provides a clue into what Paramount could legally be faced with - From here the boys dive deep into the people who make up the majority of SAG/AFTRA and WGA - It’s the extras that make film and television come to life but studios will portray even their biggest films as financial losses just to avoid paying those essential extras more - This leads into a conversation about the potential UPS Teamster strike - UPS Teamsters are fed up with the way they’ve been treated and are looking for a cut of the value they create - With the potential strike on the horizon there’s a notable solidarity between Teamsters and other labor unions - Just like the essential extras in film and television, it’s the essential part time workers that make UPS function - “Basically, f*ck the system, burn it down, steal sh*t”

“He’s just a loud drug addict” - The Dimes react to The Façade of Steven Crowder by J Aubrey - You can’t turn your back on somebody that’s addicted to the drug of the public face because they’re never gonna come to the table in good faith - Crowder has proved time and time again that he’s unwilling to change in the face of an “L” - He’s never gonna be a different person, he’s never gonna have a different opinion … He’s not doing any of that work … He’s just regurgitating - Crowder’s bigotry and prejudice is so stagnate that he still looks at gay people as some kind of oddity - “Like he would probably still laugh at ‘Eddy Murphy Raw’”

“What’s the over/under on lighting strikes?” - The Dimes discuss the possibility of OceanGate being sued for the Titan submersible accident - The OceanGate CEO once said that there was no innovation in the industry because it was so heavily regulated, but is there an example of a field that decoupled innovation from regulation and things got better? - SpaceX innovated on sending things to space but they didn’t change the rocket, just what the rocket did … OceanGate tried to change submersibles - It is gross negligence to not take the experience, respect, and intelligence of a community and that has done this thing that your trying to do and just ignore it - “Cutting corners in the wrong place my guy, wrong f*cking place”
