Whooo-hooo Happy Pod-Anniversary to CPI! Can you believe it's been a whole year since we started this podcast journey together? Thank you for rocking and rolling with us, as it's been quite a ride! Well, this podcast is a little different from the others as it seeks to express spoken words to live by. I love "Spoken Word" and I hope these words speak directly to you as you move through this time and space. This episode explores a conversation we as women need to have with ourselves and others about life, relationships and our career choice(s), but it was once taboo to talk about them esp. if the state of mental health had been compromised and were told to by society to put ourselves last. The take away for me is knowing what I knew all along about deception, betrayal and self-betrayal, but refuse to wallow in shame and guilt because that only keeps folks stuck. I will acknowledge my part, forgive myself and others and move on without granting access .
