We all set goals and make plans, but how many of us actually follow through?

This episode explores the importance of commitment, the power of taking action, and how you can honour your goals and make yourself proud by the end of the year.

I was going to share practical tips, journaling prompts, and my favourite quote on commitment but forgot.
