  • If you under eat you may be overtraining

  • The best mental transformation is through a physical transformation.

  • Sets -> Reps -> Rest -> Progression
  • Progression = your muscles need to be overloaded.

  • Over 70% of your muscles our made of water
  • Adding electrolytes to your water to ensure you are getting hydrated with the water you are drinking.
