One of the BIGGEST questions clients constantly ask us is, "What is the best diet to do?"

Now that is a loaded question! So, let's consider a few things...

  1. Everybody is unique (phenotype, genetics, health history, fitness history, etc...).
  2. Think of a diet as a tool (like a hammer, nail, saw, etc...)
  3. Your Body is a job.
  4. Find the right tool (diet) for the right job (your body).

We can make nutrition as simple or as complex as we make it. Join us as our intention of this episode is to make nutrition as simple as possible. We do this by breaking down each popular diet in the year 2023. But we also break down food logic, healthly habits, and how lifestyle plays into choosing the right diet (tool) for the right job (your body).
