After an amazing vacation, we are back enjoying a cocktail and have a discussion.
This week our cocktail is a Nicole original recipe! Its a twist on a moscow mule with a kick. The ingredients are vodka, lime juice, table spoon of blackberry jalapeno jam, and pomegranite juice. Shake and top with ginger beer then garnish with a lime.
This week we discuss The Five Minute Journal from intelligent change. We dive into our journaling practice that we started for the new year.
