1. God spoke to His people through His Word. 2. The lives of the people were changed and they were moved to action. 3. They sought to obey God and do His will. 4. God has borne witness in His own Word about them. Considering Jesus (Hebrews 12:1-3)

1. Looking at the example of faithful believers who have gone before us. 2. Let us lay aside every weight and sin that is entangling us. 3. Looking unto Jesus the Author and Finisher of our faith.
