Neto Rosatelli MD is an amazing surgeon who performs an ultra-high volume of cataract surgery, routinely doing 100+ phacos in a day, most days of the week in the public health system of Brazil. His surgical skills are truly fantastic and almost magical and he has a passion for being as efficient as possible both intra-op and between surgeries. The key is the teamwork approach and the very talented staff with whom has has worked for many years. In this podcast we discuss how he has evolved his technique with his team so that he can help the maximum number of patients. He also has an outstanding youtube channel which I personally learn from (and subscribe to). Regardless of your level of surgical experience, I know you will truly enjoy this podcast.
