Communication is an essential part of life. Whether in a personal or professional setting, we must communicate effectively in order to understand each other and accomplish our goals. In this two-part episode, we'll look at some real-world examples of effective and ineffective communication to see how we can improve our skills and avoid common mistakes. In part 1, we talk about acronyms, knowing your audience, "weasel words" and more!
