What Got You Here Won't Get You There
Today's podcast was inspired by a lunchtime conversation with a Fortune 500 Vice President of Finance. When a challenging situation was brought up, she commented recalling something similar nearly 20 years ago.
That got me thinking. Change is inevitable, but in some cases, it may need to be forced. Sitting by and waiting will only lead to more repetition of the same. I suggest we move from reactive mode to proactive.
One way to do that is to up our attention to detail. We can do this by listening and processing the information we receive more effectively. Today, I'll share a few great ways to do that.
