How To Run Meetings Effectively - Part 2
There's an art and a science when it comes to running meetings effectively. But it doesn't mean it needs to be complicated to do.
In the 2nd and final part of this series, we focus on getting to know the invitees both before and during the meeting. We also take a deep dive into the meeting notes or more commonly called meeting minutes. Successful meetings include a strong agenda, minutes, and end with well-organized and assigned action items.
These meeting tips set you up for success whether you run one on one or larger group meetings. Today we released free meeting minute templates. Use them to get a jump start on your meeting's structure, organization, and effectiveness.
Pssst, there are even two bonus templates included for agendas.
