I have tho honor of playing golf with Lakers Basketball Legend, “Big Game,” James Worthy recently. Besides being a very friendly and personable person he also showed a keen interest in learning as much about me and my business as I did about learning about his experiences. He reminded me of the importance of making others feel valued regardless of status, situation, or any other labels we place on people.
