With a mission to guide individuals in transforming bitterness into beauty, Coach Charmin D. firmly believes that "bitter is not better." Drawing from profound insights into pain and resilience, she provides unwavering support and resources to facilitate the healing and rebuilding of lives.

A natural leader, Coach Charmin D. holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration and a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership. Despite facing challenges along her journey, her dedication lies in empowering women to uncover inner strength and embrace genuine beauty. I am Coach Lonette, Executive Creative Director of Bitter2Beautiful, a transformational leader and coach aiding individuals on their transformative journey. With firsthand experience in overcoming bitterness, Lonette believes in the power of forgiveness and healing. As a transformational coach, she empowers women and youth and nurtures leadership skills, personal development, and self-discovery beyond human limitations in ministry and the marketplace.

Her journey began with a personal breakthrough, unraveling the root of her bitterness—a twist of fate, guided by divine humor, placing her at the forefront of discussions about turning bitterness into beauty. By sharing her testimony, Lonette finds healing and believes others can too.

With a career spanning education, non-profits, project management, and HR, Lonette’s expertise includes personal discovery, mindset, strategic planning, and organization. As the proud owner of Elev8 Transcend, LLC, and co-host of the Bitter2Beautiful podcast, Lonette channels her entrepreneurial spirit to drive positive change.
